Customer Service

Extremely satisfied customers are my aim.

Want something you just can’t get elsewhere? Contact me I will help if I can.

I hope good communications with customers will prevent any issues, but please do contact me if you aren’t happy. I will do my best to resolve any problems.

Refunds

Ready-made cards that haven’t been customised if returned to me in pristine condition within 14 days, will be refunded in full. However, you will need to pay the return postage. Please let me know if you are returning an item.

Customised ready-made cards are non-refundable, so please make sure you have spelled everything correctly.

Bespoke cards and Bespoke Keepsakes are non-refundable after you have approved the final designs.

Use of vector graphics and photos

I may use vector illustrations or occasionally photographs in my card designs. To keep my costs down these are mostly free vectors or images. I would like to thank the designers and photographers who freely allow sharing of their contributions through Vecteezy, FreeVector, Freepik, Allfreedownload.

Your personal data will be used to support your experience throughout this website and to manage access to your account.

I may upload pictures of what I designed for you to the website as examples of my work. Let me know if you don’t want this.

I am not a free design service. I reserve the right to refuse to design for customers who repeatedly go through the design process, but then fail to agree final designs and request refunds.
