Go to the page of the bespoke keepsake you want. Pop it into your cart. Then go to the form below the description on the page, and fill it in. Please give me as much detail as about what you want as you can. Submit the form, and then checkout.

When I get your order I will email you with available colours of card in the your requested range for your approval. Please reply to this email and attach any photographs you want included.

I will then design your bespoke keepsake, and email you pictures for your approval – please check for any text errors. Once you have approved the final design, keepsakes are non-refundable.

Lead time for bespoke keepsakes varies, but can be up to 14 days from commission to posting. If you need it more quickly please let me know your deadline and I will let you know if I can make it!
